You'll be encouraged to live out the truths you discover in the Bible, as you encourage others to do the same. Hebrews 10:25 puts it this way: "Let’s see how inventive we can be in encouraging love and helping out, not avoiding worshiping together as some do but spurring each other on, especially as we see the big Day approaching." (Message Bible)
What are Kingdom Konnection Groups?
Konnection Groups are gatherings of 5-15 people either in a home or general location. Groups meet to encourage each other, study and apply God's Word and serve together.
Why join a Kingdom Konnection Group?
There are both biblical and practical reasons to join a small group. From a Biblical perspective both Jesus and the early church participated in small groups. Jesus gathered a group of 12 to share life together with him and to serve together. The church from its very beginning met in both temple courts and house (Acts 5:42).
Let's face it, it can become very easy to get lost in the crowd. In addition to the great teaching and worship, when do you get an opportunity to build relationships? Where do you go where everybody knows your name? We believe those questions can be answered in your Kingdom Konnection Group.
What happens in small groups?
Our Kingdom Konnections group meetings are built around studying a book of the Bible, exploring a topic, or dicussing a book by a Christian author.
The Kingdom Konnections group meeting usually includes time to socialize with others, and study God's Word. Occasionally, a group will take a break to throw a party, serve together and just have fun.
